Unexpected MAPI error / Invalid PST
Cause
DLO does not recognize Outlook PST files that are encrypted by 3rd Party Encryption Software, hence these PST files appear as corrupt by DLO and thus are not backed up.
Resolution
DLO currently does not support the backup of Outlook PST files that are encrypted by 3rd Party Encryption Software. Removing that encryption from those PST files will allow them to be backed up.
