Job History is blank in the Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) Administration Console

Cause

The DLO Administrator did not have permissions to the users Network User Data Folder.

Resolution

The ability to view the History of the client Backup Logs which are stored in the Storage Locations under each users Network User Data Folder (NUDF) is based on Windows rights for the user that is running the DLO Admin Console.

If the DLO Administrator does not have  permission to the users NUDF the Admin will not be able to perform all of the functions required.  The Admin will also not be able to see the History of the clients backups and will not know the status of the individual job logs (History) of the clients backups.

Typically, this is resolved by the DLO Admin being a part of the Local Admins Group of the Storage Server.


Issue/Introduction

While using the Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) Administration Console, Job History is not displayed for any user.
