Error Message

Job log shows following error for multiple catalog FH files:

The item \\ Server Name>\\{Catalog file GUID}_X.fh in use - skipped.
V-79-57344-33967 - The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed.

Debug log shows the following error for multiple catalog files:

LP_ENV::MsgError: error 0xe00084af processing object BE Catalogs\\{CATALOG_GUID.EN_US}_X.fh

This is a Windows Change Journal issue as it is providing Backup Exec the files which does not exist and Backup job log reports the false exception against those files. The issue does not impact Backup Functionality and is not a Backup Exec issue. Rebuilding Windows Change Journal Database should fix the issue. 

Workaround:

Change the Backup Job Properties and select ‘Using Archive Bit’ instead of default ‘By Modified Time’ option under ‘Files and Folders’ settings for backup job
