DLO Administration Console does not show the correct 'Last Backup' dates even though client backups have been successful

The 'Last Backup' dates in the DLO Console will not be updated if there are any errors in the client backup, but should be if the backup completes successfully,

 

If client backups are successful, but the 'Last Backup' date is not updated, open the Properties of the user Profile, in the DLO console and ensure that 'Log information messages..' is ticked in the Options tab;

  1. Go to the Setup tab of the DLO Administration console.
  2. In the Profiles folder, double-click the Profile name used by the users affected, to open the Properties
  3. Go to the Options tab
  4. Under 'Logging options', ensure that both 'Log information messages for backup' and 'Log warning messages' are both ticked
  5. Click OK to save the changes

Run new client backups and ensure that the 'Last Backup' dates are correctly updated after.

Issue/Introduction

Although the Arctera DLO Client backups appear to have run successfully, the 'Last Backup' date in the S-DLO Administrator Console is not updated or shows a date of 00:00.
