Hyper-V finger print data is stored in Backup Exec Install Path\Data\Hyper-v folder by default.

i.e. C:\Program Files\Backup Exec\Data\Hyper-V

If it needs to move to other drive for some reasons, please perform the following method.

1. Stop all services for Backup Exec.
    
2. Open the Registry Editor by running regedit.exe from the Start | Run window.
    
3. Create the registry REG_SZ string "Finger Print Data", under the following registry key, and set new path.
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Backup Exec for Windows\Backup Exec\Engine\HyperV Agent
   
   Sample:
   REG_SZ: Finger Print Data
   Value data: D:\BEData
    
4. Move \Hyper-V folder to the above new path like "D:\BEData". D:\BEData\Hyper-V will be created.
    
5. Start all services for Backup Exec.

The size of C:\Program Files\Backup Exec\Data\Hyper-V folder increases by Hyper-V Virtual Machine backup jobs.
