All jobs disappeared and the console displays an alert "Query for job view has failed"

Error Message
"Query for job view has failed"Error in SGMON which shows the name of problem job -
BESERVER: -1 CWorkItem::taskBalancerInfo( ) unable to load balancer data for job 'Resolution
Delete and recreate the problem job found in SGMON Debug (Error Message section shows the part in SGMON debug that will print the job name)
Please contact Backup Exec Technical support if the error does not go away with these steps.
Issue/Introduction
It was seen that Jobs disappeared from BE console though the scheduled jobs continued to run at their scheduled time. A warning is noticed towards the bottom left hand corner in the console
"The query for Job View failed"
