Workaround :  To exclude files that have not been accessed in X days, within the selection 

list, choose "Selection details>Insert>Insert Selection>Exclude" and choose the 

folder or file to exclude and "files not accessed in X days". This will exclude 

backup files fitting the specified criteria.
