This behavior is by design. This deletion of the data in the old Network User Data Folder needs to be done manually.

Issue/Introduction
Moving Desktop Agent Users to a New Network User Data Folder will not delete the data in the old Network User Data Folder in Arctera Desktop Laptop Option (DLO).
The data in the old Network User Data Folder will remain after the procedure "To move one or more Desktop Agent users to a new network user data folder", which is described in Arctera Desktop and Laptop Option Administrator’s Guide, has been performed.
