Cause
Resolution
Please mount (right-click on .v2i/.iv2i file within Windows Explorer) the recovery point(s) on a Microsoft Windows Server 2012 system or later.
NOTES:
Mounting is supported only on a Microsoft Windows Server 2012 system or later.
When mounting the recovery points for deduplicated NTFS volumes, the deduplication role needs to be enabled in advance.

Issue/Introduction
Veritas System Recovery (VSR) can back up deduplicated NTFS volumes or ReFS volumes. However, if trying to open recovery points for deduplicated NTFS volumes or ReFS volumes using the Recovery Point Browser, the browsing fails with the error shown below. VSR does not support the browsing of deduplicated volumes or ReFS volumes, using the Recovery Point Browser.
