Restored Microsoft Distributed File System Replication (DFSR) data does not display in the DFS Management Console

The data can be view in the DFS Management Console by adding it to the display manually. Complete the following steps to manually add data to the DFS Management Console:
- Open the DFS Management Console.
- Do one of the following:

To add a Namespace
|
Complete the following steps:

Right-click the Namespace and then click Add Namespaces to Display.

Click Show Namespaces to view any available Namespaces.

To add a Replication Group
|
Complete the following steps:

Right-click the Replication Group and then click Add Replication Groups to Display.

Click Show Replication Groups to view any available Replication Groups.

Select the Namespaces or Replication Groups that you want to view in the DFS Management Console.

Click OK.
Issue/Introduction
After a restore of Microsoft Distributed File System Replication (DFSR) data, the data may not be seen in the DFS Management Console even though the restore job completed successfully. The Management Console may display an error stating that the data cannot be found.
