Cause
There is not enough memory allocated to use BEMCLI on the remote computer.
Resolution
BEMCLI requires a minimum of 150 MB of shell space. In most cases, 200 MB to 250 MB of shell space is sufficient to use BEMCLI. For large automated tasks, BEMCLI requires at least 500 MB.
If more shell space is required to use BEMCLI, change the amount of space in the following setting:
WSMan:\\Shell\MaxMemoryPerShellMB
