V-79-0-1117 - Error x45d - The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error
When backing up to disk, disk faults or bad blocks can cause this error.
When backing up to tape, hardware faults, bad media, or drive connection issues can cause this error.
If backing up to disk, run 'Chkdsk /f' on the destination disk.
