V-275-603 - The permissions on the B2D folder prevents access by Backup Exec.
Additional error: V-79-57344-3862- The job failed with the following error. The operation failed to acuire the minimum number of drives and media needed
Cause
Backup Exec Service Account (BESA) does not have required permission on NAS device.
Resolution
Add BESA to the NAS device with Administrative privileges (Read/Write access). NAS device configuration can be accessed by typing the IP address of the device in a web browser. For exact steps on adding BESA to the NAS configuration, kindly refer to the NAS device user manual or contact their Support team.
Ensure that BESA have all required privileges also, refer the related article section for articles on BESA account requirements.
In Backup Exec, click Backup Exec button, Configuration and Settings, Logon Accounts, Manage Logon Accounts, BESA should also be set as System Logon Account and set as Default.
