“Could not find file 'C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Backup Exec\{017CF375-DCCC-4717-B3A2-F549CE54BDE5}\IFProducts.xml"
"_setup.exe" process is not seen in Task Manager.
Missing installation \ Setup files
1. Copy "C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Backup Exec\{017CF375-DCCC-4717-B3A2-F549CE54BDE5}\IFProducts.xml" file from any other Backup Exec server
or
2. Copy "X:\BE\WinNT\Install\BEx64\Install\IFProducts.xml" or "F:\BE\WinNT\Install\BE32\Install\IFProducts.xml" from Backup Exec installation media.
Restart the Backup Exec services and re-try installation.
