To free up space in the users DUDF, the PST file that contains a header with all 0's in it can be manually deleted from the DUDF.
Example: [0000000000000000000000000]MyMessages.pst
Issue/Introduction
When using Arctera Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) to backup PST files using the "Enable message level backups of Outlook PST files" and then switching to "Enable VSS backups of Outlook PST files..." and the Desktop User Data Folder (DUDF) is set to keep "0" revisions the older PST revision is retained in the users DUDF.
