Unable to create the disk storage.

The Backup Exec service account does not have read and write permissions on the remote computer on which the network share is located. The Backup Exec service account that requires these permissions is on the Backup Exec server that you want to access the network  share. You must give read and write permissions to the Backup Exec service account, and then try again.

Guest-mode is disabled on all CIFS shares. Issue is most likely caused after removing the appliance from an ADS domain.

To resolve the issue, enable guest-only access on the appliance as follows:

1. Verify communication with the appliance, make sure you are able to read and write to the share from Windows Explorer.
2. Make sure CIFS shares all have the proper permissions on the appliance.
3. Use a Terminal Emulation Application (FoxTerm, Win32 console, PuTTY, Tera Term Pro..) to access the appliance's CLI, login with username administrator and password St0r@ge!( This information can be found on the appliance's Administrator's Guide)
4. After logging in, enter the following command: 
    authenticate --guestmode --enable
5. If successful, you will receive the following message:
    Restarting Windows Access Server... done.
6. Restart Backup Exec service and verify share access in Backup Exec.
