Unable to load profile record

 

Cause

This issue can occur when DLO database does not get upgraded properly

Resolution

To resolve this issue follow these steps:

  • Close the DLO Console

From an Admin CMD prompt on the SQL Server, change directory to the DLO folder and run the following OSQL command to modify the database:

OSQL -E -S %COMPUTERNAME%\DLO -d DLO -i DLODBUpgrade20.sql
OSQL -E -S %COMPUTERNAME%\DLO -d DLO -i DLODBUpgrade30.sql
OSQL -E -S %COMPUTERNAME%\DLO -d DLO -i DLODBUpgrade.sql
OSQL -E -S %COMPUTERNAME%\DLO -d DLO -i DLODBInstallXSP.sql

  • Launch the DLO Console, select "Setup".
  • Select "Profiles" and verify that no errors occur.
 

 

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading DLO the error "Error V-139-52224-650. Unable to load profile record" on clicking Profile section.
