Cause
When the media server's name was updated, there is a registry key on the media server that stores the name of the server that populates the "Issued By" field when the Security tab is selected in the Symantec Backup Exec Agent Utility console screen.
Resolution
The solution was to edit the "IssuedBy" registry key entry in the registry path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Backup Exec For Windows|Common\Backup Exec\Engine\Agents\Security\Certificates\
Warning:
Incorrect use of the Windows registry editor may prevent the operating
