Error
The installation program has detected that the previous installation was not completed. Restart your computer to complete the previous installation and then run the installation program again
Cause
Third party application prevents install.
Resolution
Run the installation in clean boot mode.
HOW TO DO A CLEAN BOOT:
1. Load MSCONFIG from the command line
2. Click on the services tab
3. Select "Hide All Microsoft Services"
4. Select "Disable All"
5. Reboot
6. Perform the installation of Veritas System Recovery.
After the installation is successful, reboot the Machine after Enabling all services.

5. Reboot
