SMTP Email Error ECE3006A: Unable to send notification e-mail.The transport failed to connect to the server.
Cause
Symantec Endpoint Protection is blocking the e-mails.
Resolution
Allow the SEP program to send e-mails under Centralized Exceptions option both at the client end and at the central level.
