If the host name of the DLO Agent system get changed, the DLO Server console will still shows the old computer name as well as the new one.

Manually remove the computer name from the DLO server console.

Note: Ensure there's no associated data to restore from the older computer name. Once you ensure this, follow the steps: 

1. Access the DLO console.
   Click on "Setup" tab.
2. On the DLO tree, click on "computers"
3. On the left panel, Identify the duplicated computer name.
4. Right Click on the duplicated computer name.
5. Click "Delete".
