Cause
Installation of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Scalable Networking Pack enabled TCP Chimney Offload.
Resolution
Once TCP Chimney offload was disabled, offsite copy functions resumed normal function and completes without errors.
Issue/Introduction
While backup to primary storage runs without error, offsite copy either shows active but no data is written to the offsite location or the offsite copy process aborts with an error.
