0xe000fe7a - An error occurred while accessing Microsoft Exchange Server. Check the application event log on the Exchange Server for more details.

V-79-57344-33918 - ADBO: Offhost backup initialization failure on: "\\servername\Microsoft Information Store".Snapshot provider error (0xE000847E): This edition of the product is not licensed for the requested operation.

When user is not doing a offhost backup and backup job is also not configured to do offhost backup, but Advance Disk Based Option (ADBO) is installed and incorrectly enabled by default for Exchange Information store backup.

Following solutions can be perform to resolve the above mentioned error. If user intend to do off-host backup and it is configured for the same, then below suggestion will not apply.

• Make sure that the Advance Disk Based Option (ADBO) is disabled during backup of Exchange Information store if the backup job is not configured to do Off-host backup for Exchange Information store.  In the Backup Job Properties, Under Settings, go to Advanced Disk Based Backup Option tab and disable "Use Offhost Backup..."
• If Advance Disk Based Option (ADBO) was installed and expired, and no longer in use, then uninstall the ADBO license from Backup exec.
• In the Backup Job Properties, Under Settings, go to Advanced tab and disable "Backup files and directories following the junction points option".

Then retry the backup job.
