Windows Servers and Clients have Windows Firewall with Advanced Security pre installed on it. Windows Firewall with advanced security enhances the security features on both server and client sides.

Add the exceptions for VProSvc.exe and VProTray.exe in Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.

Note : Locations for the above files are listed below, where is the default installation directory.
