  1. Open SSR, click Tasks at the top.
  2. Select One Time Virtual Conversion.
  3. The conversion wizard begins.
  4. Select VMWare Virtual Disk [.vmdk] and select Workstation x from the dropdown
  5. Then click Next.
  6. Select the recovery point to convert and click Next.
  7. Click Browse to open the Browse For Folder dialog and select the location to create the VMWare virtual machine file. When the Browse For Folder dialog closes click Next.
  8. Review the settings and click Finish.
  9. The Progress and Performance dialog will provide feedback until the conversion finishes. Then click Close.
