V-79-10000-11226 - VSS Snapshot error. The Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) snapshot provider selected returned: "Unexpected provider error". Ensure that all provider services are enabled and can be started. Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.

1). Reboot windows 2008 R2 domain controller (Check the writer status and If the backup still fails with the same error then perform step 2)
2). Download Microsoft HF KB976099 if applicable.
     
If the backup fails again  and writers still shows failed, then contact Microsoft technical support for advance troubleshooting and repair of the VSS system.
