Issue/Introduction
The adminstration console of DLO displays the list of configured users with their names displayed as per the specified "display name" within Active Directory - Users and Computers.
Any changes made to the username / log-on name / display name, of the account within Active Directory will surely impact DLO and may cause authentication failures.
This article describes the behaviour of DLO after renaming a user in Active Directory
