When using VMware Redirection following error is seen " Cannot read the Hosts and Clusters view on the Virtual Center Server " trying to click on "Browse Virtual Center and ESX servers for Destination..." button.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, disable User Account Control on the Backup Exec Media Server (Windows 2008 only). For more information on UAC check the following Microsoft article:
Workaround :
1. Start "Backup Exec" as Administrator.
2. Restore the vmdk as a flat file and use vmware converter to import it in the ESX Server
