Cause
In the example, the path name: f:\data\quickb~1\ was an invalid path referring to the Quickbooks application, that was referenced to be included in the System State backup, but did not exist.
Resolution
Please contact Quickbooks application vendor to correct the invalid path problem as the solution requires a modification to the registry; in this case, on the remote 2008 server. Once the path issue is corrected, the System State on the remote server should back up successfully.
Issue/Introduction
System State backup fails with error code 0xe0000352.
