V-139-32775-123 The filename; directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect. or V-138-32775-123 The filename; directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect.
Cause
This above error can occur if the Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) services do not have sufficient permissions to create the directory on the remote location.
Resolution
For Veritas DLO 9.x and later, check the two services below and make sure they are set to run under a Domain Administrator account.
Note: Make Sure Local Instance or Remote Instance of SQL service should be running under the Domain Administrator account.
