Ready; No media servers are available
Resolution
To remove any old tape and library (Unknown Medium Changer) drivers, the Device Manager must be opened the following way:
- Log in as and Administrator and open a command prompt.
- Type "SET DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1" at command prompt without quotes.
- Press to run the command.
- Type in devmgmt.msc at the command prompt to open Device Manager.
- Press to run the command.
Note: Device Manager must be opened by the command prompt.
Once in Device Manager, select the View menu and choose Show Hidden Devices, which will show all the device drivers including the drivers that are not currently installed and running on the computer.
Drivers that are no longer loaded will show as grayed out and can be uninstalled (Figure 1)

Caution on removing any drivers that are still required by the system, this may result in the system to become unstable and not boot.
