Click No. "Error V-139-52224-180.Unable to load user table from database."

Click OK. "Error v-139-57364-18.Unhandled exception" clicked OK, Console crashes.

Double-click DLOConsoleU.exe, application still quits.  Application log errors in Event Viewer.

Reload from base fails with "Error: The database base file does not exist."  In the Data folder, the Desktop and Laptop Option base files are missing.  

DLO setup corrupt or not installed properly.  

The following error could occur if DLO was not installed properly and uninstalling and reinstalling DLO could help resolve the issue:

1. In Backup Exec console, Navigate to Tools > Install Options and License Keys on this server,
2. Uncheck DLO to uninstall and follow the wizard.
3. Once uninstalled, follow the above step 1, and go ahead to reinstall DLO, by selecting the DLO option and completing the wizard. This should reinstall the DLO license key and option.

Note: You may follow the above steps to uninstall and reinstall DLO, if the issue occurred on freshly installed DLO without configuration or backups run. If this DLO setup worked in the past and you have already run many backups, then it is recommended to investigate further to troubleshoot the issue rather uninstall and reinstall of DLO. If still need to reinstall DLO, it is recommended to take the backup of DLO SQL DB, backup destination (NUDF), users/computers list, backup configuration information etc. before uninstalling DLO.
