Resolution

To recover a job that was previously deleted from the System Recovery console, a backup of the .PQJ files is needed.
When a job is created in System Recovery console, a file with .PQJ extension gets created automatically in the locations mentioned below:

The .PQJ files are located in the \Program Data\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery\Schedule.

Note: A deleted job can be recovered only if a backup of the .PQJ files exist.
If a backup of the C:\ has been completed successfully using System Recovery, the  Recovery Point Browser can be used to  restore the .PQJ file.
Solution:
1) In Windows Services, stop the System Recovery service (VPROSVC.EXE)

2) Restore the previously backed up .PQJ file(s) from an existing backup set to the following location:

The .PQJ files are located in the \Program Data\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery\Schedule.

3)After the restore has completed, in Windows Services, start the System Recovery service (VPROSVC.EXE).

4) Re-open SR console. Job(s) corresponding to the restored .PQJ file(s) should re-appear under Advanced | Backup Jobs tab.
