Error EC8F1780: Cannot successfully reconcile changes since last session. Error EC8F1772: The following component is not installed correctly: Symantec.Imaging.Imager.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, perform the following steps:
1) Verify the VproImaging.dll exists in the directory C:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery\Agent\
2) Close out of the Veritas System Recovery console if open.
3) Run the following command to register the DLL going to Start / Run:
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery\Agent\vproimaging.dll"
4) Restart the Veritas System Recovery service.
5) Launch Veritas System Recovery and attempt to create a backup.
